We are pleased to welcome Felicity Lawrence, investigative journalist and author, will be our special guest speaker. She is a special correspondent for The Guardian newspaper and author of the bestselling exposés of the food industry, Not on the Label and Eat Your Heart Out. Felicity will reflect on her experiences, and what she thinks should change to improve pay and working conditions in the food industry. A panel of Sustain members from across the range of issues that the alliance covers will be invited to give considered responses, followed by audience questions and lively debate. Talks will finish around 8.30pm, after which there will be an opportunity to meet and mingle with attendees over sustainable drinks and nibbles.
