Welcome Aberdeen 48th member of the Sustainable Food Cities Network

28 February 2017

We are really pleased to announce that The Sustainable Food Partnership Aberdeen (SFPA) has joined us today as the 48th member of the Sustainable Food Cities Network.

Aberdeen is home to a wide range of inspiring food-related projects and services, ranging from initiatives to address food poverty & insecurity, provision of meals to alleviate social isolation, development of cooking skills and promotion of healthy eating, encouraging community food growing, improvements to catering and procurement and tackling food waste.
SFPA will support these and many more initiatives as they work together to make Aberdeen a sustainable food city.

The main contact for the Sustainable Food Partnership Aberdeen is Dave Kilgour dkilgour@aberdeencity.gov.uk
