Final chance for students to apply for £1,000 start-up costs

In partnership with the National Union of Students, Sustain is offering £1,000 start-up costs and mentoring for new student-led food co-ops and food preserving enterprises. This could be anything from a veg bag scheme, buying healthy wholesale food to sell to students or preserving anything to make products like jams, sauces, smoothies, vegetable crisps or maybe herbal teas.
Deadline for this last round is 23rd June 2017. Apply now!

Applications need to be from university/college students, students’ unions or institution staff, enterprises need to be social enterprises which are predominantly student-led and collaboration with local communities is strongly encouraged.
