Help get more food hubs off the ground

30 November 2017

There has been a growth in the number of food hubs and multi-functional food enterprises in recent years.

A team of researchers from Lancaster University, the University of Sheffield, and the University of Newcastle is conducting a survey to map which forms of food hub currently exist (and are being planned) in the UK. They are looking for managers, coordinators, and designers of current and planned food hubs to participate.

This survey is part of a wider study that will contribute to a better understanding of the how food hubs work in the UK, their potential to contribute to more sustainable local food systems and the lessons we can learn and share from pioneers.

If you are able to share your knowledge, please follow this link to take the survey. Or, if you are not directly concerned, please pass it on to those in your networks who are.
